According to the device, the worm is controlled by the waterproof motor, rotation driving of the two worm wheels in the opposite directions is achieved, the rotation motion is further converted into ordered swing of the swing rod, the lifting rods are finally driven to do lifting motion in the fixing frame through sliding of the shifting fork in the movable groove, and the four lifting rods work cooperatively, so that the work efficiency is improved. The lifting plate is jointly pushed to move upwards, so that preliminary expansion work in the installation process is smoothly completed, the ingenious design of a mechanical structure is shown, and an efficient and stable transmission and lifting mechanism is also embodied.
