The invention relates to the technical field of automobile accessory machining, in particular to an automobile electric tail door supporting rod brake device which comprises a friction shaft, a torsion spring, a lower shell and an upper shell, the outer surface of the friction shaft is wrapped with the torsion spring, the outer surface of the friction shaft is coated with grease, and the torsion spring is placed in the lower shell. The upper shell is arranged on the outer surface of the lower shell in a sleeving mode, the axes of the friction shaft, the torsion spring, the lower shell and theupper shell are located on the same straight line, the lower shell comprises a fixing disc, one side of the fixing disc is fixedly connected with an inner shell, and through clamping grooves are formed in the two sides of the inner shell. The friction shaft is structurally held by the torsion spring, the structure is simplified, the performance is improved, the torsion spring can always tightly report the friction shaft even if the abrasion loss is large, the friction force decline is small, compared with a traditional disc type friction shaft, the number of parts is small, the cost is reduced, the friction force decline is slow, the service life is longer, and installation is convenient.

    本发明涉及汽车配件加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车电尾门撑杆刹车装置,包括摩擦轴、扭簧、下壳体和上壳体,所述扭簧包裹在摩擦轴的外表面,所述摩擦轴的外表面涂抹有油脂,所述扭簧放置在下壳体的内部,所述上壳体套设在下壳体的外表面,且摩擦轴、扭簧、下壳体和上壳体的轴心位于同一直线上,所述下壳体包括有固定盘,所述固定盘的一侧固定连接有内壳,所述内壳的两侧均开设有贯穿的卡槽。本发明结构上是采用扭簧抱紧摩擦轴的方式,结构变简单的同时性能也得到了提升,即使磨损量比较大扭簧也会一直报紧摩擦轴,所以摩擦力衰退会很小,与传统碟片式相比零件较少,缩减了成本,摩擦力衰退慢,使用寿命更长,且安装方便。
