The system consist of a tramcar allocating and transporting unit, a tramcar pushing unit, an irregular slideway and a driving control unit of the irregular parking lot. The tramcar pushing unit comprises a tramcar pushing section, a plurality of middle transmission sections and a slideway, wherein a tramcar pushing head capable of automatically risingand falling is arranged on the tramcar pushing section and used for pushing a tramcar parked at the position of a car arrester to enter an inclined shaft roadway; the tramcar allocating and transporting unit of the irregular parking lot comprises shunting sections, a plurality of middle transmission sections and irregular slideways, wherein self-adaptive shunting heads are arranged on the shunting sections and used for allocating and transporting tramcars at different positions to the positions of the car arresters, the middle transmission sections are connected through cross turning sections, and the shunting sections and the transmission sections are connected through cross turning sections; and the irregular slideways are matched to be suitable for parking lot tracks with any bending radius and up-down fluctuation.
