The embodiment of the invention relates to a maintenance method for an automated guided vehicle, which belongs to the technical field of automatic guided vehicle maintenance, and comprises the steps of calculating a probability density function of the service life according to the service life of an automatic guided vehicle in a first preset time period, calculating an accumulated distribution function of the service life according to the probability density function; calculating the fault cost of the automatic guided vehicle in a second preset time period according to the average loss cost ofthe automatic guided vehicle and the cumulative distribution function; calculating the total cost of the automatic guided vehicle in the second preset time period according to the maintenance cost ofthe automatic guided vehicle in the second preset time period and the fault cost; and carrying out minimization operation on the total cost to obtain a maintenance period of the automatic guided vehicle, and overhauling the automatic guided vehicle according to the maintenance period. The method of the invention improves the accuracy of the maintenance period.

    本发明实施例是关于一种自动导引车的检修方法,属于自动导引车维护技术领域,该方法包括:根据自动导引车在第一预设时间段内的使用寿命计算所述使用寿命的概率密度函数,并根据所述概率密度函数计算所述使用寿命的累计分布函数;根据所述自动导引车的平均损失成本以及所述累计分布函数计算所述自动导引车在第二预设时间段内的故障成本;根据所述自动导引车在所述第二预设时间段内的维护成本以及所述故障成本计算所述自动导引车在第二预设时间段内的总成本;对所述总成本进行最小化运算得到所述自动导引车的维护周期,并根据所述维护周期对所述自动导引车进行检修。本发明实施例提高了维护周期的准确度。
