The invention discloses a shipborne underwater aquatic plant cutting and collecting unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises a machine shell, a cutting power cavity is formed in the machine shell, twofixing plates are fixedly connected to the left end face and the right end face of the cutting power cavity, a cutting cavity is formed in each fixing plate, an induction block is fixedly connected tothe right end face of the fixing plate on the right side, an induction cavity is formed in each induction block, a moving mechanism capable of driving the machine shell to move is arranged in the machine shell, a fixing block capable of being fixed to the bottom of a ship is arranged on the upper side of the machine shell, a collecting cavity is formed in the fixing block, a water absorbing cavity is formed in the lower end wall of the collecting cavity, a cutting blade is arranged on the lower side of the fixing plate and can cut aquatic plants, a suction plate is arranged on the lower sideof the fixing plate, a suction disc is arranged in the suction plate, and the suction disc can suck away cut aquatic plants and water together.
