The invention provides a shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage and an adjusting method thereof, and relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicles, the unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage comprises a base and a buffer frame connected to the base and suitable for being connected with a shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle, and the buffer frame comprises at least four elastic telescopic arms and at least two connecting pieces; the elastic telescopic arms are connected in pairs through connecting pieces and are arranged on the base in two rows, the first ends of the elastic telescopic arms in the same group are connected with the base, and the second ends of the elastic telescopic arms in the same group are connected with the connecting pieces; each elastic telescopic arm comprises a fixed part, an elastic part and a telescopic part; one end of the elastic piece is connected with the fixed piece, and the other end is connected with the telescopic piece; the movement direction of the telescopic piece is the same as or opposite to the reset direction of the elastic piece; one end, away from the elastic piece, of each fixing piece is connected with one end of the connecting piece; and the stiffness coefficient of the elastic piece is adjustable. The shipborne unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage provided by the invention provides an unmanned aerial vehicle undercarriage suitable for ocean ships.
