By arranging the adjusting module, the length change of the connecting rod between the adjusting module and the adapting module can be changed more accurately, so that the accuracy of changing the swing amplitude of the driven swing frame is improved, and by arranging the hydraulic module, the hydraulic module can be matched with the adjusting module to provide telescopic power for the adjusting module, so that the device can work normally; by arranging the adaptation module, the swing amplitude of the driven swing frame is controlled by changing the length of the forcearm, so that the swing amplitude is changed by replacing a mechanical transmission speed changing mode, and the manufacturing cost of the device is reduced.
