The objective of the present invention is to provide a torque transmitting apparatus for a variable steering shaft of a vehicle, wherein the apparatus can accurately transmit strong torque which is applied to a ball in the circumferential direction due to frequent rotation effect (steering effect) of a torque transmitting apparatus, and durability can be improved by preventing ball or body (ball support hole) damage as a ball is configured to be supported by a support protrusion in the circumferential direction as well as in the longitudinal direction of the body, wherein the ball is installed in a way to be able to rotate in a designated place in a cylinder-shaped body to form a torque transmitting apparatus. In addition, the objective of the present invention is to provide a torque transmitting apparatus for a variable steering shaft of a vehicle, wherein the apparatus has support protrusions, formed at a cylinder-shaped body to form a torque transmitting apparatus, for supporting both sides of a ball in the circumferential direction, and outer support blocks, formed at both remaining sides of the ball, for supporting the ball in the longitudinal direction of the body, wherein neighboring support blocks are connected to each other such that the apparatus can accurately transmit torque which is applied to a ball in the circumferential direction due to rotation (steering effect) of a steering shaft and durability can be improved by preventing ball or body (ball support hole) damage, and in particular, the apparatus can sufficiently withstand against elastic force applied when the length of the steering shaft is adjusted.

    L'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un appareil de transmission de couple pour un arbre de direction variable d'un véhicule. L'appareil peut transmettre avec précision un couple puissant qui est appliqué à une bille dans la direction circonférentielle en raison de l'effet de rotation fréquente (effet de direction) d'un appareil de transmission de couple, et la durabilité peut être améliorée par la prévention de l'endommagement d'une bille ou du corps (orifice de support de bille), tandis qu'une bille est conçue pour être maintenue par une saillie de support dans la direction circonférentielle ainsi que dans la direction longitudinale du corps, la bille étant installée de manière à pouvoir tourner dans un emplacement désigné dans un corps en forme de cylindre pour former un appareil de transmission de couple. De plus, l'objectif de la présente invention est de fournir un appareil de transmission de couple pour un arbre de direction variable d'un véhicule. L'appareil présente des saillies de support formées au niveau d'un corps en forme de cylindre pour former un appareil de transmission de couple, pour maintenir les deux côtés d'une bille dans la direction circonférentielle, et des blocs de support externes, formés en correspondance des deux côtés restants de la bille, pour maintenir la bille dans la direction longitudinale du corps, des blocs de support environnants étant reliés les uns aux autres de telle sorte que l'appareil peut transmettre avec précision un couple qui est appliqué à une bille dans la direction circonférentielle en raison de la rotation (effet de direction) d'un arbre de direction et la durabilité peut être améliorée par la prévention de l'endommagement de la bille ou du corps (orifice de support de bille), et en particulier, l'appareil peut supporter suffisamment à la force élastique appliquée lorsque la longueur de l'arbre de direction est modifiée.

    본 발명은 토크 전달장치를 구성하는 실린더 형상의 보디에 미리 정한 위치에 회전할 수 있게 장착하는 볼이 보디의 길이 방향뿐만 아니라 원주 방향으로도 지지 돌기를 통해 지지를 받을 수 있게 구성함으로써, 토크 전달장치의 잦은 회전 작용(조향 작용)으로 볼이 이 원주 방향으로 받는 강한 토크를 정확하게 전달할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 볼이나 보디(볼 지지구멍)의 파손을 방지하여 내구성을 향상할 수 있게 한 차량용 가변형 스티어링 샤프트의 토크 전달 장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 또한, 본 발명은 토크 전달장치를 구성하는 실린더 형상의 보디에 볼의 양쪽을 원주 방향에서 지지할 수 있게 지지 돌기를 형성하고, 이 볼의 나머지 양쪽에는 보디의 길이 방향에서 지지할 수 있게 아웃터 지지블록을 형성하되 이웃한 지지블록이 서로 연결되게 구성함으로써, 스티어링 샤프트를 회전(조향 작용)할 때 볼이 원주 방향에서 받는 토크를 정확하게 전달할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 볼이나 보디(볼 지지구멍)의 파손을 방지하여 내구성을 향상할 수 있고, 특히 스티어링 샤프트의 길이를 조절할 때 받는 신축력에도 충분히 견딜 수 있게 한 차량용 가변형 스티어링 샤프트의 토크 전달 장치를 제공하는 데 있다.
