The invention relates to a control method for a parking brake system, the parking brake system and a vehicle. The control method comprises the following steps: acquiring a braking intention of a driver (S01); determining whether a parking condition is satisfied (S02); obtaining slope information of a road where the vehicle is located (S03); and setting an actual parking braking torque using a slope-related parking braking torque calibration value.
