The invention relates to a brake energy recovery function adjusting device (10), comprising: a liquid level signal receiving module (1) configured to receive a liquid level signal of a liquid storagemechanism of a hydraulic brake system; a mode switching module (2) which is constructed to be used for switching a braking energy recovery function into a protection mode when the liquid level signalis lower than a preset threshold value; and a torque output module (3) configured to output a braking energy recovery protection torque as a target braking energy recovery torque when the braking energy recovery function is in a protection mode.
