The invention relates to the technical field of ship equipment, in particular to an aluminum alloy hull exhaust pipe cabin penetrating structure which comprises an exhaust pipeline, a cooling shell, amounting piece, a connecting piece and a cabin wall. The cooling shell is arranged around the exhaust pipeline in the circumferential direction of the exhaust pipeline, the cooling shell and the cabin wall are both made of aluminum alloy, and the cooling shell is connected with the cabin wall in a welded mode. The cooling shell is indirectly connected with the mounting piece through the connecting piece. According to the aluminum alloy hull exhaust pipe cabin penetrating structure, the structural design that the same materials are connected in a welded mode and different materials are indirectly connected is adopted, and a cooling cavity formed by the connecting structure is matched to cool all components and connecting positions, so that the influence of the heat conductivity differenceon the reliability and durability of a diesel engine exhaust structure is eliminated, the maintenance cost is reduced, and the safety of the exhaust pipe cabin penetrating structure is improved.

    本发明涉及船舶设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金船体排气管穿舱结构,包括排气管道、冷却壳体、安装件、连接件和舱壁;所述冷却壳体沿排气管道的周向围绕所述排气管道设置,所述冷却壳体的材质与舱壁的材质均为铝合金,所述冷却壳体与舱壁焊接连接;所述冷却壳体通过连接件与安装件间接连接。本发明提供的铝合金船体排气管穿舱结构采用相同材质之间焊接连接、不同材质之间间接连接的结构设计,配合上述连接结构形成的冷却腔室对各部件及连接处进行降温,消除了由于导热性差异对柴油机排气结构的可靠性和耐久性造成的影响,降低了维修保养的费用,提高了排气管穿舱结构的安全性。
