The invention discloses a pre-assembly construction and turnover hoisting method for a rudder horn block of a large ship. The pre-assembly construction and turnover hoisting method comprises the following steps: step 1, a block division method and a construction method for the rudder horn block: A1, a division method for the rudder horn block; A2, a segmented construction method of the rudder hornblock; A3, a block construction method of the rudder horn block; step 2, an inverse pre-assembly construction method; step 3, a pre-assembly turnover method: A1, the length direction of the pre-assembly is consistent with the length direction of a ship in a dock; A2, the ship length direction of the pre-assembly is perpendicular to the length direction of the ship in the dock.     本发明公开了大型船舶挂舵臂总段的预总组建造及翻身吊装方法,包括如下步骤:第一步:挂舵臂总段的总段划分方法及建造方法:A1、挂舵臂总段的划分方法;A2、挂舵臂总段的分段建造方法;A3、挂舵臂总段的总段建造方法;第二步:反态预总组建造方法;第三步:预总组翻身方法:A1、预总组船长方向与船坞内船舶长度方向一致;A2、预总组船长方向与船坞内船舶长度方向垂直。本发明下层甲板及下方结构的高空作业平地化,平地作业避免高空定位、装配、焊接、涂装困难,降低安全风险,提高总组作业效率,为总段完工后的舵系镗孔作业打下时间周期方面的基础,通用于多种船型,特别适应大型船坞内同时建造多种大型船舶的情况。
