The invention discloses a hoisting method for a complete cross section of a rudder horn of a bulk cargo ship. The hoisting method comprises the following steps of adjusting a separation distance between two portal cranes to the minimum distance value which is met by the two portal cranes; directly connecting lifting hooks of the two portal cranes to the complete cross section of the rudder horn ofthe bulk cargo ship; controlling the two portal cranes to hoist the complete cross section of the rudder horn of the bulk cargo ship to a certain height at the same time, wherein the included angle between suspension wires of the portal cranes and a plumb line are smaller than or equal to the maximum deflection angle; and controlling the two portal cranes to slide along a track in a length direction of a dock so as to ship the complete cross section of the rudder horn of the bulk cargo ship away from the dock. By hoisting and transporting the complete cross section of the rudder horn of the bulk cargo ship in a lifting manner, cabinet hangers on the portal cranes can be connected to the complete cross section of the rudder horn of the bulk cargo ship directly, so that a condition that thelifting hooks at hoisting points of the portal cranes are detached before coupled hoisting is avoided. The suspension points of the two portal cranes are connected by using a hoisting row, so that the working hours are shortened greatly and the work efficiency is improved greatly.

    本发明公开了一种散货船挂舵臂总段的吊装方法,包括以下步骤:将两个龙门吊之间的间距调整为两个龙门吊需要满足的最小间距值;将两个龙门吊的吊钩直接与散货船挂舵臂总段进行连接;控制两个龙门吊同时起吊散货船挂舵臂总段至一定高度,以使得龙门吊的吊线与铅垂线之间的夹角小于等于最大偏摆角;控制两个龙门吊沿船坞长度方向上的轨道进行滑动,以将散货船挂舵臂总段运离船坞。本发明通过抬吊的方式起吊并运输散货船挂舵臂总段,龙门吊上的吊码可以直接和散货船挂舵臂总段连接,节省了在联吊前需要拆卸龙门吊吊点上原有的吊钩,并使用吊排连接两个龙门吊上的吊点的操作,大大减少了工时,提高了工作效率。
