The invention discloses a maintenance vehicle capable of automatically replacing street lamps and a lamp replacing method. The maintenance vehicle comprises a vehicle body, wherein the vehicle body isconnected with a supporting frame through a lifter, a third air cylinder and a plurality of suction cups are fixedly connected to the supporting frame, an elastic jacking ball is connected to the topend of the third air cylinder, a storage box, a recycling box and a collecting box are sequentially fixedly connected to the vehicle body from left to right, the recycling box is arranged under the third air cylinder, a partition plate is fixedly connected into the recycling box, a top die is arranged in the storage box in a sliding mode and is driven by a second air cylinder fixedly connected tothe vehicle body, a spring is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the storage box, a new lamp set making contact with the upper end of the spring is arranged in the storage box, an elastic protrusion for limiting the new lamp set is fixedly connected to the upper end of the storage box, a first position sensor is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the vehicle body, and a second controllerused for controlling overall operation of the device is further fixedly connected to the vehicle body. The maintenance vehicle is easy to operate, and automatic lamp changing work can be completed only by matching the old lamp set with the suction cups of the device.

    本发明公开了一种可自动更换路灯的维修车及换灯方法,包括车体,车体通过升降机连接有支撑架,支撑架上固定连接有第三气缸和若干个吸盘,第三气缸顶端连接有弹性顶起球;车体自左向右依次固定连接有储存箱、回收箱和收集箱;回收箱设置在第三气缸正下方,回收箱内固定连接有隔板;储存箱内滑动设置有顶模,顶模由与车体固定连接的第二气缸驱动;储存箱底端固定连接有弹簧,储存箱内设置有与弹簧上端相接触的新灯组,储存箱上端固定连接有对该新灯组起到限位作用的弹性凸起;车体底端固定连接有第一位置传感器,车体上还固定连接有用于控制装置整体运行的第二控制器。本发明操作简单,只需将旧灯组与装置的吸盘相配合,即可完成自动换灯工作。
