The invention relates to the technical field of suspension arm hoisting devices, in particular to a safety self-locking mechanism for hoisting of a suspension arm of an engineering hoisting machine. The safety self-locking mechanism comprises a first fixing block, a first connecting block is fixedly connected to the top end of the first fixing block, a fixing angle block is fixedly connected to the end, away from the first fixing block, of the first connecting block, and an electromechanical box is fixedly connected to the end, away from the first connecting block, of the fixing angle block. According to the safety self-locking mechanism, a transmission mechanism and a fixing mechanism are arranged, when goods are fixed, clamping plates are expanded outwards or contracted inwards, and therefore the two sides of the goods are clamped and fixed; in the elastic pushing process of a third spring, a limiting shaft slides in an inner sliding groove of a second fixing block, then the second fixing block fixes the bottom end of the goods, and the goods are prevented from falling in the transportation process; and through the rotating force of a motor, the clamping plates are controlled toclamp, fix and self-lock the goods, the goods are prevented from shaking in the ascending process, and potential safety hazards of workers are reduced.

    本发明涉及悬挂臂吊装装置技术领域,具体为一种工程起重机械悬挂臂吊装安全自锁机构,包括第一固定块,所述第一固定块的顶端固定连接有第一连接块,且第一连接块远离第一固定块的一端固定连接有固定角块,所述固定角块远离第一连接块的一端固定连接有机电盒。本发明通过设置有传动机构和固定机构,在对货物进行固定时,通过夹板向外张开或向内收缩,从而对货物的两侧进行夹持固定,在第三弹簧的弹力推动中使限位轴在第二固定块的内部滑槽滑动,继而使第二固定块对货物的底端进行固定,避免货物在运输过程中掉落,通过电机的转动力,从而控制夹板对货物进行夹持固定自锁,避免货物在上升过程中晃动,降低工作人员的安全隐患。
