The invention discloses a power centralized motor train unit door body. The door body comprises an inner door plate, an outer door plate and a door framework connected with the inner door plate and the outer door plate, the door framework comprises a plurality of beam parts and a frame, and door plate parts are defined between the beam parts and/or between the beam parts and the frame. A first sound insulation plate layer, a first heat preservation layer, a honeycomb aluminum plate layer, a second heat preservation layer and a second sound insulation plate layer are sequentially arranged between the inner door plate and the outer door plate where the door plate part is located, each beam part comprises two beam plates, and a third heat preservation layer and a third sound insulation layerconnected with the two beam plates are arranged between the two beam plates. The heat preservation and sound insulation effects can be achieved through the two sound insulation plate layers on the outer layer, the heat preservation layers inside thesound insulation plate layers and the honeycomb aluminum plate layer in the middle, a cavity is formed between the two heat preservation layers due tothe hollowed-out design of the honeycomb aluminum plate layer in the middle, and the heat insulation and sound insulation effects can be achieved through forming of the cavity, so the sound insulationand heat insulation effects are enhanced on the original basis; and the weight is reduced and the strength is not reduced due to the arrangement of the honeycomb aluminum plate.

    本发明公开了一种动力集中型动车组门体,包括内门板、外门板和连接内门板和外门板的门骨架,所述门骨架包括若干梁部和边框,所述梁部与梁部和/或梁部与边框之间限定为门板部,所述门板部所在的内门板与外门板之间依次设为第一隔音板层、第一保温层、蜂窝铝板层、第二保温层和第二隔音板层,所述梁部包括两个梁板,两个梁板之间设有第三保温层和连接两个梁板的第三隔音层;通过外层的两层隔音板层,在内紧接着保温层,中间采用蜂窝铝板层,可以实现保温和隔音的效果,中间的蜂窝铝板层,因采用镂空设计,使得两个保温层之间形成了空腔,空腔的形成能起到隔热和隔音的效果,在原有的基础上增强了隔音隔热效果;蜂窝铝板设置减轻了重量又不降低强度。
