The invention relates to an engine cooling circulation system. The engine cooling circulation system comprises an engine cylinder body and a cylinder cover arranged at the top end of the engine cylinder body. A thermostat is arranged at the front end of the cylinder cover. The engine cooling circulation system further comprises a water pump used for providing power for cooling liquid in the enginecooling circulation system. A main cooling loop and an auxiliary cooling loop are formed in parallel from a water outlet cavity of the water pump. The main cooling loop passes through a cylinder bodycooling liquid loop and a cylinder cover cooling liquid loop of an engine and then returns to a water inlet cavity of the water pump through a water inlet cavity of a thermostat valve seat or returnsto the water inlet cavity of the water pump after being cooled by a water tank after passing through the thermostat. The auxiliary cooling loop is divided into two parallel branches after passing through a corresponding bypass pipeline, one branch is an EGR valve cooling branch, and the other branch is an EGR cooler cooling branch. By means of the parallel connection manner, the structure is simple, the pipeline is short, and the on-way resistance is small; and the requirement for the lift of the water pump is low, the size of the water pump can be reduced, the structure is compact, and energy consumption is reduced.

    一种发动机冷却循环系统,包括发动机缸体和设在发动机缸体顶端的气缸盖,在气缸盖的前端设有节温器,还包括用于为发动机冷却循环系统中冷却液提供动力的水泵,从水泵出水腔开始并联形成有一个主冷却回路和一个副冷却回路,主冷却回路经发动机的缸体冷却液回路、气缸盖冷却液回路后,经节温器阀座进水腔回到水泵进水腔或者在节温器之后经过水箱降温回到水泵进水腔;副冷却回路经相应的旁通管道后分流为并联的两个支路,其中一个支路为EGR阀冷却支路,另一个支路为EGR冷却器冷却支路。并联设置的连接方式,结构简单,管路短,沿程阻力小;对水泵的扬程要求低,可以缩小水泵体积,使得结构紧凑,能量消耗降低。
