The invention discloses an automatic travelling crane PLC control system which comprises an automatic travelling crane mechanism and a PLC control system. The automatic travelling crane mechanism comprises a support fixed on the bottom surface, a travelling crane rail fixed to the upper end of the support, and a travelling crane mounted on the travelling crane rail. The travelling crane rail comprises two first linear rails arranged side by side, two second linear rails arranged side by side and arc-shaped rails used for connecting the front ends and the rear ends of the first linear rails andthe second linear rails, and the first linear rails and the second linear rails are located on the left side and the right side of the upper end of the support correspondingly. The travelling crane can move from the first linear rails to the second linear rails along the arc-shaped rails. The PLC control system controls the traveling crane to walk freely in a touch manner, the traveling crane canmove from the first linear rails to the second linear rails along the arc-shaped rails, and therefore a large film roll can be carried on the first linear rails in a point-to-point manner and can also be carried on the second linear rails in a point-to-point manner as long as one traveling crane is used.

    本发明公开了一种自动行车PLC控制系统,包括自动行车机构和PLC控制系统,自动行车机构包括固定在底面上的支架、固定在支架上端的行车轨道以及安装在行车轨道上的一台行车,行车轨道包括两条并排设置的第一直线轨道、两条并排设置的第二直线轨道,以及用于连接第一直线轨道和第二直线轨道前后两端的弧形轨道,第一直线轨道、第二直线轨道位分别位于支架上端的左侧和右侧,行车可顺着弧形轨道从第一直线轨道移动至第二直线轨道。PLC控制系统采用触控的方式控制行车自由行走,行车可顺着弧形轨道从第一直线轨道移动至第二直线轨道,所以只要一台行车就可以实现即可以在第一直线轨道上点对点地搬运大膜卷,也可以在第二直线轨道上点对点地搬运大膜卷。
