The invention discloses a traveling crane system and an automatic control method thereof. According to the traveling crane system, a three-dimensional image of a material warehouse is formed through scanning of a 3D scanner, a coordinate system is formed, an operator can directly determine coordinate points of a target lifting object through an industrial personal computer, a control signal is output to a traveling crane driving and positioning assembly through the industrial personal computer, and a traveling crane is driven by the traveling crane driving and positioning assembly to the target coordinate points to lift materials. The traveling crane system can guarantee that the traveling crane is automatically controlled in an unmanned state, the operator is liberated to achieve automatic operation, and the material taking efficiency is effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种行车系统及其自动控制方法,该行车系统通过3D扫描仪扫描形成物料库的立体图像并形成坐标系,操作者可直接通过工控机确定目标吊运物的坐标点,并通过工控机输出控制信号给行车驱动定位组件,通过行车驱动定位组件驱动行车至目标坐标点吊运物料。该行车系统能够保证行车在无人驾驶的状态下实行自动控制,解放操作者实现自动作业,并有效提升取料效率。
