The invention discloses a preparation method of a transverse stabilizer bar capable of actively changing rigidity and the stabilizer bar prepared by the preparation method. The preparation method comprises the following steps of 1, according to the designed size and shape of the transverse stabilizer bar, preparing a transverse stabilizer bar preformed body: preparing and splicing a wrapping layer, a central layer and a shape memory alloy torsion driver assembly of a bar body of the transverse stabilizer bar to form the transverse stabilizer bar preformed body; 2, curing the transverse stabilizer bar and performing forming; and 3, post-curing and post-processing of the transverse stabilizer bar. The transverse stabilizer bar manufactured by the method comprises the bar body and shape memory alloy torsion drivers mounted on the bar body, wherein the bar body comprises the central layer and the wrapping layer; the wrapping layer is a composite material formed by weaving reinforced fibers; each shape memory alloy torsion driver is formed by mixing and weaving shape memory alloy wires and glass fibers; and the manufactured stabilizer bar has an active variable stiffness function, and has the characteristics of light weight, integrally formed structural parts and no corrosion.

    本发明公开一种可主动变刚度的横向稳定杆制备方法及制得的稳定杆,其制备方法步骤如下所述,步骤一、根据设计的横向稳定杆尺寸形状,制备横向稳定杆预成型体:制备并拼接横向稳定杆的杆身的包裹层、中心层和形状记忆合金扭转驱动器组件,形成横向稳定杆预成型体;步骤二、固化横向稳定杆成型;步骤三、横向稳定杆后固化及后处理。该方法制得的横向稳定杆包括杆身和安装在其杆身上的形状记忆合金扭转驱动器;杆身包括中心层和包裹层;包裹层为增强纤维编织而成的复合材料;形状记忆合金扭转驱动器为形状记忆合金丝与玻璃纤维混合编织形成;制得的稳定杆具有主动变刚度功能,且其质量轻、结构件一体成型、无锈蚀的特点。
