The invention discloses a fault detection method for a positioning system of an unmanned crane, and belongs to the technical field of industrial automatic control. A PLC of an unmanned crane comprisesan algorithm capable of setting any equal interval time comparison position data difference value, and when a position data difference value exceeds a set threshold value or an interval range, feedback data of a position detection device of the positioning system is judged to be abnormal. According to the fault detection method, the PLC algorithm of the unmanned crane is directly utilized, abnormal judgment of the position detection device of any manufacturer is achieved, and the method is easy to achieve, stable and reliable.

    一种无人起重机定位系统故障检测方法,属于工业自动控制技术领域,无人起重机的PLC包含可设置任意等间隔时间比较位置数据差值的算法,位置数据差值超出设置的阈值或区间范围则判断定位系统的位置检测装置反馈数据异常。本发明的故障检测方法直接利用无人起重机的PLC的算法,实现对任意厂家的位置检测装置的异常判断,方法实现简单并稳定可靠。
