The invention discloses an elevator shaft information safety device that comprises a main body and a magnetic conductive steel belt, wherein two ends of the magnetic conductive steel belt are fixed tothe upper portion and the lower portion of an elevator shaft, the magnetic conductive steel belt penetrates through the main body, one end of the main body is fixed to a lift car, and a hollowed-outarea is formed in the magnetic conductive steel belt and meets a Gray code encoding rule, the main body comprises a shell, magnetic sensors installed on the back of the shell, an A/D conversion chip and a micro-control chip, the main body is separated from the magnetic conductive steel belt through a wear-resisting plate, a magnet is fixed to the front of the shell, the magnetic conductive steel belt is arranged between a magnet and the wear-resisting plate, the magnetic sensors are sequentially arranged along the width direction of the magnetic conductive steel belt, the magnet right faces the magnetic sensors, and the area of the magnet covers the area of the magnetic sensors. Operation safety of elevator equipment is monitored, safety guarantee during equipment maintenance is facilitated, correspondence of the position and data is achieved through a magnetic induction principle, coded magnetic conductive metal strips are easier to machine and obtain, and the cost is lower.

    本发明公开电梯井道信息安全装置,包括主体和导磁钢带,所述导磁钢带两端固定在电梯井道的上下,导磁钢带穿过主体,主体一端固定在轿厢上,所述导磁钢带上开有镂空区,所述镂空区满足格雷码编码规则,所述主体包括壳体、安装在壳体背面的磁传感器、A/D转换芯片和微控制芯片,并通过耐磨板与导磁钢带隔开,壳体的正面固定有磁铁,导磁钢带置于磁铁与耐磨板之间,磁传感器沿导磁钢带的宽度方向依次排开,磁铁正对磁传感器,磁铁面积覆盖磁传感器区域。对电梯设备的运行安全提供监测,并利于设备维护时的安全保障,本发明利用磁感应原理实现位置与数据的对应,编码导磁金属条更容易加工获得,成本更低。
