The invention provides a solar cell panel two-dimensional position adjusting mechanism for a solar electric vehicle based on a ball screw. The solar cell panel two-dimensional position adjusting mechanism is composed of a base, a horizontal position adjusting device, a vertical position adjusting device and an installation base body; the vertical position adjusting device is composed of a first motor and a transmission device; the transmission device comprises a coupler, a ball screw device, a supporting device and the like; the horizontal position adjusting device is composed of a second motor, a planetary gear mechanism, a connecting flange device, a horizontal position adjusting device base and the like; when the angle of the solar cell panel in the vertical plane needs to be adjusted,the first motor is powered on, and the first motor changes the angle of the installation base body in the vertical plane through the transmission device; and when the orientation angle of the solar cell panel needs to be adjusted, the second motor is powered on, and the second motor drives the installation base body to rotate in the horizontal plane through the planetary gear mechanism, the connecting flange device and the like. By adjusting the orientation and the vertical angle of the solar cell panel, the conversion efficiency of solar energy can be effectively improved.

    本发明提供的一种基于滚珠丝杠的太阳能电动汽车用太阳能电池板二维度位置调整机构,由底座、水平位置调节装置、垂直位置调节装置、安装基体组成;垂直位置调节装置由第一电机和传动装置组成;传动装置包括联轴器、滚珠丝杠装置、支撑装置等;水平位置调节装置由第二电机、行星齿轮机构、连接法兰装置、水平位置调节装置底座等组成;当需要调节太阳能电池板在垂直面内的角度时,给第一电机通电,第一电机通过传动装置改变安装基体在垂直面内的角度;当需要调节太阳能电池板方位角时,给第二电机通电,第二电机通过行星齿轮机构、连接法兰装置等带动安装基体在水平面内旋转;通过太阳能电池板方位和垂直角度的调节,可有效提高太阳能的转换效率。
