The invention provides a solar cell panel vertical position adjusting mechanism for a solar electric vehicle. The solar cell panel vertical position adjusting mechanism is composed of a base, a vertical position adjusting device and an installation base body. The vertical position adjusting device is composed of a motor and a transmission device. The transmission device comprises a speed reducer,a first push rod device and a second push rod device; and the speed reducer is composed of an upper shell, a lower shell, a first push rod connecting shaft, a second push rod connecting shaft, a firstgear, a second gear, a third gear, a gear shaft, a fourth gear, a first bearing, a second bearing, a third bearing, a first key, a second key, a third key, a fourth bearing, a fourth key, a fifth bearing and a sixth bearing. When the angle of a solar cell panel in a vertical plane needs to be adjusted, the motor is powered on, and the motor can change the angle of the installation base body in the vertical plane through the transmission device. By adjusting the vertical angle of the solar cell panel, the conversion efficiency of solar energy can be effectively improved.

    本发明提供的一种用于太阳能电动汽车的太阳能电池板垂直位置调整机构,由底座、垂直位置调节装置、安装基体组成;垂直位置调节装置由电机和传动装置组成;传动装置包括减速器、第一推杆装置、第二推杆装置等;减速器由上壳体、下壳体、第一推杆连接轴、第二推杆连接轴、第一齿轮、第二齿轮、第三齿轮、齿轮轴、第四齿轮、第一轴承、第二轴承、第三轴承、第一键、第二键、第三键、第四轴承、第四键、第五轴承、第六轴承组成;当需要调节太阳能电池板在垂直面内的角度时,给电机通电,电机可通过传动装置改变安装基体在垂直面内的角度;通过太阳能电池板垂直角度的调节,可有效提高太阳能的转换效率。
