The invention relates to the field of rubber tires, and discloses a low-heat-generation rubber tire. The low-heat-generation rubber tire comprises a crown, a side wall and a tire bead; the side wall enables the crown to extend inwards in the radial direction, the crown comprises a crown rubber layer and a crown reinforcing part, and the crown rubber layer is located on the outer side of the crownreinforcing part; the tire bead is located inside the side wall, and the tire bead comprises a tire bead steel wire, a tire body reinforcing layer and a rubber filler; the two ends of the tire body reinforcing layer are respectively wound to form a closed winding space, and the tire bead steel wire is positioned in the winding space of the tire body reinforcing layer; and the rubber filler is positioned on the outer side of the tire bead steel wire, and the interior of the winding space of the tire body reinforcing layer is filled with the rubber filler. According to the low-heat-generation rubber tire, the prepared rubber tire is low in internal heat generation, so that the thermal aging of the rubber tire is delayed, and the service life of the rubber tire is prolonged.

    本发明涉及橡胶轮胎领域,公开了一种低生热橡胶轮胎。包括胎冠、胎侧和胎圈,所述胎侧使胎冠径向向内延伸,所述胎冠包括胎冠橡胶层和胎冠增强件,所述胎冠橡胶层位于胎冠增强件的外侧,所述胎圈位于胎侧的内部,所述胎圈包括胎圈钢丝、胎体增强层和橡胶填充料,所述胎体增强层的两端分别卷绕形成密闭的卷绕空间,所述胎圈钢丝位于胎体增强层的卷绕空间内,所述橡胶填充料位于胎圈钢丝的外侧且填充在胎体增强层的卷绕空间内部。本发明制备得到的橡胶轮胎内部生热低,从而延缓橡胶轮胎的热老化,进而延长橡胶轮胎的使用寿命。
