The invention relates to the technical field of rubber tires, and discloses a puncture-prevention rubber tire with low heat generation. The puncture-prevention rubber tire comprises a tire main body and a tire steel ring which is nested in the tire main body, wherein the tire steel ring comprises an inner steel ring and an outer steel ring which fixedly sleeves outside the inner steel ring; an axle connecting hole is formed in the center of the inner steel ring; the tire main body comprises tire side walls and a tire tread, and a metal wire woven protective layer, a rubber buffer layer and a glass fiber layer are sequentially arranged inside the tire tread from outside to inside; and the metal wire woven protective layer, the rubber buffer layer and the glass fiber layer are adhered through an adhesive. The rubber tire has the characteristics of puncture prevention and low heat generation, thereby prolonging the service life and improving use safety.

    本发明涉及橡胶轮胎技术领域,公开了一种防刺扎低生热橡胶轮胎。包括轮胎主体和套设在轮胎主体内部的轮胎钢圈,所述轮胎钢圈包括内钢圈和固定套设于内钢圈外部的外钢圈,所述内钢圈中心设有车轴连接口,所述轮胎主体包括轮胎侧壁和轮胎胎面,所述轮胎胎面内部由外向内依次设有金属丝编织保护层、橡胶缓冲层和玻璃纤维层,所述金属丝编织保护层、橡胶缓冲层和玻璃纤维层三者之间通过胶粘剂粘接。本发明橡胶轮胎具有防刺扎、低生热的特点,从而延长轮胎的使用寿命和使用安全性。
