The invention discloses an anti-icing and deicing coating of a composite wing. The anti-icing and deicing coating comprises a self-lubricating anti-icing coating arranged at the front edge of a wing,an electric heating layer arranged below the self-lubricating anti-icing coating and used for heating the self-lubricating anti-icing coating, a temperature sensor used for detecting the surface temperature of the self-lubricating anti-icing coating, and a controller in signal connection with the temperature sensor and the electric heating layer; and when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor is lower than the preset temperature, the controller controls the electric heating layer to heat. A manner of combining the self-lubricating anti-icing coating and the electric heating layeris adopted, and the self-lubricating anti-icing coating enables water not to be left on the surface of the wing easily, so that a preliminary anti-icing effect is achieved. When an airplane encountersa severe environment with too low temperature, the self-lubricating anti-icing coating is heated through the electric heating layer so as to prevent the wing from icing. By adopting a manner of combining passive anti-icing and active anti-icing, the anti-icing and deicing capabilities of the wing are greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种复合型机翼的防除冰涂层,包括设于机翼前缘的自润滑防冰涂层、以及设于自润滑防冰涂层下方并用于对自润滑防冰涂层进行加热的电加热层、用于检测自润滑防冰涂层的表面温度的温度传感器、以及信号连接于温度传感器与电加热层的控制器,当温度传感器所检测的温度小于预设温度时,控制器控制电加热层进行加热。采用自润滑防冰涂层与电加热层相结合的方式,自润滑防冰涂层使水份不易留在机翼表面,以起到初步防冰的作用。当飞机遇到温度过低的恶劣环境时,通过电加热层对自润滑防冰涂层进行加热,以防止机翼结冰。采用被动防冰与主动防冰相结合的方式,大大提升了机翼防除冰能力。
