The invention relates to a testing device for a wing anti-icing and deicing material. The testing device comprises a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a lifting mechanim, wherein the first rotating shaft penetrates through a box body and is rotationally connected with the box body, one end of the first rotating shaft is fixedly connected with a sample fixing piece, the sample fixing piece is used for simulating a wing and fixing a sample material, the other end of the first rotating shaft is connected with a first driving mechanism mounted in the box body, the first driving mechanism can drive the first rotating shaft to rotate, the second rotating shaft is mutually perpendicular to first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft is rotationally connected with the box body,a second driving mechanism is arranged in the box body, the second driving mechanism is connected with the box body and the second rotating shaft and can drive the box body to rotate around the axisof the second rotating shaft, and the lifting mechanism is fixedly connected with two ends of the second rotating shaft and can drive the second rotating shaft to do lifting motion. The testing deviceis advantaged in that the testing device can simulate different postures and lifting of the wing and is accurate in testing result.
