The invention discloses a wind energy wave photovoltaic power generation floating type platform and an application method thereof. The platform comprises a floating plate which is a light square blockmaterial, wherein counter bores are formed inward in the outer side walls of the periphery of the floating plate, the counter bores are rectangular holes, fluctuating plates are mounted in the counter bores, the fluctuating plates are decreased progressively in thickness toward outside and the front ends of the fluctuating plates are of arc-shaped structures, the fluctuating plates are immersed in water commonly, halves of the fluctuating plates are exposed on the water surface, two sides of each fluctuating plate are rotatably connected to the side wall of each counter bore through an axle rod, a rectangular cavity is formed in the floating cavity, and the axle rod on one side of each fluctuating plate penetrates the counter bore and stretches into the rectangular cavity of the floatingplate. The wind energy wave photovoltaic power generation floating type platform is formed by interconnection. The structure alleviates the self-weight of the platform and is convenient to construct and high in construction speed. The floating plate in the center is small in draught. The platform floats on the water surface and the extent of being affected by a marine condition is reduced to the minimum. The wind energy wave photovoltaic power generation floating type platform is small in amplitude of swing and high in stability in sea waves integrally.

    本发明公开了一种风能波浪光伏发电浮式平台及其使用方法,包括浮板,所述浮板为轻质方形块材料,所述浮板的四周外侧壁均向内开设有沉孔,所述沉孔均为矩形孔,每个所述沉孔内均安装有波动板,波动板向外侧厚度逐渐递减且前端为弧形结构,波动板一般浸于水中,一半露出于水面,每个所述波动板两侧通过轴杆转动连接于沉孔的侧壁,所述浮板内开设有矩形腔,每个所述波动板一侧的轴杆穿过沉孔伸向于浮板的矩形腔内。该风能波浪光伏发电浮式平台由相互连接形成,此结构减轻了平台自重,而且施工方便、建设速度快,中央浮板吃水小,平台漂浮在水面上,受海况影响的程度降到最低,整体在海浪中摆动幅度小,稳定性高。
