The top frame and the bottom frame have the same number of edges, in a projection plane orthogonal to the vertical direction, the vertexes of the top frame and the vertexes of the bottom frame are in one-to-one correspondence and coincide, and a stand column is arranged between the top frame and the bottom frame; the buoy is arranged on the bottom frame and used for providing buoyancy for the bottom frame; the photovoltaic panels are laid on the top frame, and every two adjacent photovoltaic panels are arranged in a spaced mode so as to form a wind passing channel. The floating type offshore photovoltaic power generation platform provided by the embodiment of the invention has the advantages of high wind resistance and high operation stability.
