The invention relates to a protection mechanism of a guide electromagnet and a maglev vehicle. The protection mechanism of the guide electromagnet is arranged on the side surface of a supporting arm of a head vehicle of the maglev vehicle and located at the front side of the guide electromagnet, and the protection mechanism comprises a supporting member, a wearing part and an elastic supporting part; the supporting member is used for being fixed to the side surface of the supporting arm and is provided with a rotating shaft; and the wearing part is arranged at one side end of the supporting member and can rotate around the rotating shaft, the elastic supporting part is arranged between the wearing part and the supporting member, and the abrasion surface of the wearing part can protrude outof the side end face of the supporting member and be aligned with the side end face of the guide electromagnet under the action of the elastic supporting part. When the high-speed maglev vehicle turns, abrasion of the side surface of a track to the guide electromagnet can be reduced, the cost is reduced, and the economy is improved.

    本发明涉及一种导向电磁铁的防护机构及磁浮车辆,其中,导向电磁铁的防护机构设于磁浮车辆头车的托臂侧面,并位于导向电磁铁的前侧,该防护机构包括支撑构件、磨耗部和弹性支撑部;支撑构件用于与托臂的侧面固定,并设有转轴;磨耗部设于支撑构件的一侧端并能够绕转轴转动,弹性支撑部设于磨耗部和支撑构件之间,磨耗部能够在弹性支撑部的作用下使其磨耗面凸出于支撑构件的侧端面并与导向电磁铁的侧端面对齐。能够减少高速磁浮车辆在转弯时,轨道侧面对导向电磁铁的磨损,并降低成本、提交经济性。
