The invention discloses an integrated electromagnet, which comprises two rows of magnetic poles located on the surface of the side, which faces a guide plate, of a magnetic yoke, wherein the two rowsof magnetic poles are in one-to-one correspondence, and the axes of magnetic cores in the magnetic poles are perpendicular to the surface of the side, which faces the guide plate, of the magnetic yoke; the magnetic poles comprise first magnetic poles and second magnetic poles, and the first magnetic poles and the second magnetic poles are alternately arranged in the same row; the first magnetic pole in any row of magnetic poles is adjacent to the second magnetic pole in the other row; any row of second magnetic poles are connected in series and are connected with a bidirectional output controller; in a guiding state, the polarities of the same row of magnetic poles are the same, and the polarity of one row of magnetic poles is opposite to that of the other row of magnetic poles; the direction of the current output by the bidirectional output controller in a braking state is opposite to the direction of the current output by the bidirectional output controller in the guiding state. A braking function and a guiding function are integrated in the same integrated electromagnet, and the waste of braking electromagnet resources can be reduced. The invention further provides a maglev train which also has the above beneficial effects.
