A square plate is selected, a round hole is punched in the center of the square plate firstly, then diagonal lines of the square plate are drawn, the diagonal lines are cut to form four triangles, a hole is punched in each angle smaller than 90 degrees, a windmill bottom plate is fixed to a rotor shaft through a nut 5, and then the top end of the rotor shaft is sleeved with four corners A, B, C and D in sequence; four windmill blades are fastened on the rotor shaft through nuts 6 so as to complete windmill manufacturing, the windmill and the rotor shaft of a direct-current generator are combined into a whole, windmill rotating power generation is achieved, and therefore the electric vehicle can be charged while running.
选用正方形板材,首先把正方形板材中心打一圆孔,然后画正方形对角线,延对角线剪裁后,形成四个三角形,在小于九十度角上,每个角上打一孔,用螺母5先将风车底板固定在转子轴上,再依次将ABCD四个角套在转子轴顶端,用螺母6将这四个风车叶片紧固在转子轴上,以完成风车制作,并把风车与直流发电机的转子轴组成一体,达到风车转车发电,从而得以完成电动车边行驶边发电边充电。
