The invention aims to disclose a multi-sleeve type fuel grabbing machine. The multi-sleeve type fuel grabbing machine comprises a bridge frame, a trolley with a rotating platform, a fuel grabbing device sleeve, a first inner inserting piece grabbing device sleeve, a second inner inserting piece grabbing device sleeve and a control system, wherein the trolley is arranged on a trolley track of the bridge frame; the rotating platform of the trolley is connected with the fuel grabbing device sleeve through a main lifting mechanism, connected with the first inner inserting piece grabbing device sleeve through a first auxiliary lifting mechanism and connected with the second inner inserting piece grabbing device sleeve through a second auxiliary lifting mechanism; and the control end of the control system is connected with the main lifting mechanism, the first auxiliary lifting mechanism and the second auxiliary lifting mechanism and arranged on the bridge frame. Compared with the prior art,a fuel assembly and an inner inserting piece grabbing device are integrated in a multi-sleeve mode, manual tool replacement operation is omitted, the operation dead zone of the grabbing device is reduced through reciprocating rotation of a plurality of sleeves on the trolley, arrangement of a lattice frame in a spent pond and the space utilization rate of a plant are facilitated, rigidity is good, positioning precision is improved, and the purposes of the multi-sleeve type fuel grabbing machine are achieved.
本发明的目的在于公开一种多套筒式的燃料抓取机,它包括桥架、带旋转平台的小车、燃料抓具套筒、第一内插件抓具套筒、第二内插件抓具套筒和控制系统,小车设置在桥架的小车轨道上,在小车的旋转平台上分别通过主起升机构连接燃料抓具套筒、通过第一副起升机构连接第一内插件抓具套筒及通过第二副起升机构连接第二内插件抓具套筒,控制系统的控制端分别连接主起升机构、第一副起升机构和第二副起升机构并设置在桥架上;与现有技术相比,采用多套筒形式将燃料组件和内插件抓具集成化,取消人工更换工具操作,通过多套筒在小车上的往复旋转,减小抓具的操作死区,有利于乏池内格架的布置和厂房空间利用率,刚性好,提高定位精度,实现本发明的目的。
