The method for evaluating quality of elevator maintenance ondemand comprises the following steps: selecting 14 indexes, including 'average trapped person rescue arrival time, the number of accidents involving hundreds of elevators with trapped persons, on-demand maintenance maximum period execution rate, hundreds of elevator inspection first-pass yield, elevator Internet of Things system online rate, emergency rescue on-time arrival rate, trapped person rescue response rate, the number of elevators with frequent accidents involving hundreds of elevators with trapped persons, the number of unqualified items in hundreds of elevators subjected to supervision and random inspection, the complaint times of hundreds of elevators, the administrative penalty number of the elevators, the customer satisfaction, the average fault elevator stop time and the annual elevator available rate as quantitative assessment indexes of the maintenance work quality; dividing the evaluation indexes into three evaluation sets; and obtaining an evaluation result accordingto an evaluation index result and the weight of each evaluation index. According to the method for evaluating quality of elevator maintenance on demand provided by the invention, factor quantitativeevaluation is achieved, and the on-demand elevator maintenance quality is guaranteed.
