The invention relates to a method for installing a vertical plane module of an MARK3 type enclosure system on a liquefied natural gas ship. The method comprises the following steps that the number andthe installation position of the vertical plane module are determined, and an installation line corresponding to the vertical plane module is found; according to the size of the to-be-installed vertical plane module, the number of the supporting tools is selected, and the supporting tools are installed on studs of the vertical plane module adjacent to the bottom; the to-be-installed vertical plane module is moved to the installation position of the enclosure system through hoisting equipment, the vertical plane module is lowered and falls on supporting tools, and gradually falls to the supporting tools to bear the weight of the vertical plane module; it is confirmed that the distance between the vertical plane module and the corresponding installation line is kept at 15 mm, and final fixing is carried out after the distance is confirmed correct; and after the vertical plane module is fixed, the supporting tools at the bottom are disassembled. According to the method, the vertical plane module can be stably installed, the installation efficiency is high, and the size control is accurate and reliable.

    本发明涉及到一种液化天然气船上MARK3型围护系统的垂直面模块安装的方法,该方法包括有如下步骤:确定垂直面模块的编号和安装位置,找到该垂直面模块对应的安装线;根据待安装的垂直面模块的尺寸,选择支撑工装的数量,并将支撑工装安装到底部相邻的垂直面模块的螺柱上;将待安装的垂直面模块通过吊装设备移动至围护系统的安装位置,将垂直面模块下方并落于所述的支撑工装上,逐渐下落至支撑工装承担垂直面模块的重量;确认该垂直面模块与对应安装线的距离保持15mm的间距,确认无误后进行最终固定;固定好垂直面模块以后,拆卸底部的支撑工装。本发明的方法能够做到垂直面模块稳定安装,并且安装效率高,尺寸控制精准可靠。
