The embodiment of the invention provides an installation method of a thin film type enclosure system for bearing low-temperature liquefied gas, and the thin film type enclosure system comprises a main thin film layer, a fastening clamping plate, a main insulating layer, a secondary thin film layer and a secondary insulating layer which are sequentially connected and fixed on a ship body structure through penetrating fasteners, the main thin film layer, the main insulating layer, the secondary thin film layer and the secondary insulating layer define a low-temperature liquid cargo storage tank used for containing ultralow-temperature media, and in the plane area, the method comprises the steps that a distance plate is installed on the bulkhead of a ship body according to a set lineation, a secondary insulating module is installed on the distance plate and fixed through a penetrating fastener, and the low-temperature liquid cargo storage tank is installed on the bulkhead of the ship body according to the set lineation. After the secondary insulating layers are installed, the secondary thin film layers and the main insulating modules are installed in sequence, then the fastening clamping plates arranged on the upper portions of the gaps formed by the two adjacent main insulating modules are installed, and the main thin film layers are installed; and the boundary of each main layer film is welded and fixed with a fixed welding plate and a sealing metal sheet which are arranged on a fastening clamping plate on the main insulation module.
