The invention relates to a special connecting device for train carriages. The special connecting device comprises a sun gear, a first circular ring and a second circular ring are arranged on the sun gear, the first circular ring and the second circular ring are kept on the same vertical line, the first circular ring and the second circular ring are correspondingly fixed to the sun gear through connecting shafts, and a cylindrical buffer main rod is connected between the first circular ring and the second circular ring; a plurality of buffer auxiliary rods are arranged on the buffer main rod and fixed to the sun gear; connecting assemblies are arranged on the first circular ring and the second circular ring, and auxiliary turning mechanisms are arranged on the connecting assemblies; and theauxiliary turning mechanisms are connected with connecting rods, and the connecting rods are fixed to train couplers of the carriages. According to the special connecting device for the train carriages, the connection is tight, firm connection between the carriages is effectively achieved, derailing is avoided during turning, the curve radian is matched, the working efficiency is improved, overall buffering and vibration are effectively enhanced through the buffering assemblies, the service life is prolonged, the cost is saved, and the comprehensive economic benefits are improved.

    本发明涉及一种火车车厢专用连接装置,包括太阳齿轮,所述太阳齿轮上设有第一圆环和第二圆环,所述第一圆环和第二圆环保持在同一垂直线上,所述第一圆环和第二圆环分别通过连接轴固定在太阳齿轮上,所述第一圆环和第二圆环中间连接有圆柱形的缓冲主杆,所述缓冲主杆上设有多个缓冲副杆,多个所述缓冲副杆固定在太阳齿轮上,所述第一圆环和第二圆环上均设有连接组件,所述连接组件上设有辅助过弯机构,所述辅助过弯机构连接连接杆,所述连接杆固定在车厢的车钩上。本发明连接紧密,有效实现车厢之间的牢固连接,过弯时避免脱轨,配合弯道弧度,提高工作效率,通过缓冲组件有效加强整体的缓冲、振动,延长使用寿命,节约成本,提高综合经济效益。
