A switch cabinet dual emergency control system of an unattended substation is provided with a mechanical switching-on and switching-off mechanism and a control subsystem, and an independent power supply screen is installed in a remote controlled station of the substation; two communication channels are configured between the controlled station and the far-end control station, the control subsystemcomprises a server, a driving unit, a mechanical opening and closing mechanism control module, a switch, an opening and closing cabinet motor and a tripping magnetic valve control loop, and the server realizes information interaction with the control station through the two communication channels via the switch; the power supply screen, the driving unit, the switch cabinet motor and tripping magnetic valve control loop, the switch cabinet control motor and contactor signal input end, the mechanical opening and closing mechanism control module and the mechanical opening and closing mechanism are electrically connected. Double control means are set, a first control loop is simple and reliable, a second control loop does not depend on any loop, and it can be ensured that operation behaviorsare executed. The safe power supply of the electrified railway is effectively ensured.

    一种无人值守变电所的开关柜双重应急操控系统,具有机械分合闸机构、控制子系统,变电所远方被控站内安装有独立的电源屏;被控站和远端操控站之间配置2条通信通道,控制子系统包括服务器、驱动单元、机械分合闸机构控制模块、交换机、分开关柜电机及脱扣磁阀控制回路,服务器经交换机,通过2条通信通道和操控站之间实现信息交互;电源屏、驱动单元、分开关柜电机及脱扣磁阀控制回路、开关柜控制电机及接触器信号输入端、机械分合闸机构控制模块信、机械分合闸机构之间电性连接。本发明设置有双重操控手段,第一重控制回路简单、可靠,第二重不依赖于任何回路,可确保操作行为得到执行。本发明有效保证了电气化铁路安全供电。
