The invention provides a charging over-temperature control method for a direct-current charging gun, and the method comprises the steps: uploading the temperature, detected in real time, of the charging gun to a background through monitoring, processing real-time temperature data through the background, and controlling the charging current of a charging pile, thereby controlling the temperature ofthe charging gun, and achieving the safe charging. A temperature sensor is arranged in the electric vehicle charging gun, and the temperature sensor is used for monitoring and collecting charging, processing data and then communicating with the background through a wireless communication module. The safe charging control of the charging pile is achieved by detecting the real-time temperature of the charging gun, the advantages of the Internet of Things and big data processing are fully utilized, and the requirements of users are met.

    本发明提供一种直流充电枪充电过温控制方法,该方法中,将实时检测到的充电枪的温度通过监控上传至后台,通过后台对实时温度数据进行处理,控制充电桩的充电电流,从而控制充电枪的温度,实现安全充电。该电动汽车充电枪中,设置有温度传感器,充电监控采集并将数据处理后通过无线通信模块与后台通信。本发明提供通过对充电枪实时温度的检测实现对充电桩安全充电的控制,充分利用物联网和大数据处理优势,满足用户的要求。
