The invention relates to a silencer for an air suspension intake and exhaust system. The silencer comprises a silencer body, a shell and a silencing structure, wherein the silencing structure is arranged in the silencer body, the shell is fixed to the exterior of the silencer body, a cavity is formed between the shell and the silencer body, a sealing ring is arranged between the shell and the silencer body, an air hole I is formed in the silencer body, a connecting port connected with an air suspension system is formed in the bottom of the silencer body, a clamping device is arranged between the connecting port and the air hole I, and an air hole II is formed in the clamping device. According to the silencer, the silencer body composed of an upper half shell and a lower half shell is filled with high-density sponge, and the pore effect on the sponge is ingeniously utilized for reducing the flow speed of high-speed gas, so that the flowing noise of the high-speed gas is reduced, and thegood noise reduction effect in an air leakage process of the air suspension system is achieved; the cavity formed by the two structural parts is used for achieving the further silencing effect, so that the cavity in the silencer is prevented from generating a structural sound of the cavity; and the structure is simpler.

    本发明涉及一种用于空气悬架进排气系统的消声器,包括消音器主体、外壳以及消声结构,消声结构设置于消音器主体内,外壳固定于消音器主体外部,且与消音器主体之间形成腔体,外壳和消音器主体之间设有密封圈,消声器主体上开有气孔Ⅰ,消音器主体底部设有与空气悬架系统相连的连接口,在连接口与气孔Ⅰ之间设有卡接装置,卡接装置上开有气孔Ⅱ。本发明消声器,通过上下半壳构成的消音器本体,在内部填充高密度海绵,巧妙利用海绵上的孔隙效应,降低高速气体的流速,从而降低高速气体的流动噪声,实现空气悬架系统泄气过程中良好的降噪效果,并利用两个结构件形成的腔体实现进一步消声效果,避免了消声器内的空腔产生自身的结构声,结构更加简单。
