The operation platform is arranged on the walking trolley, so that stable and firm installation of the megger can be guaranteed, the measurement precision is improved, and the problem of inconvenience in data recording and comparison is solved. The foot-operated megger driving device isused for shaking the megger, so that the labor intensity of personnel is reduced, and the measurement efficiency is improved.
