The invention discloses a transmission belt wheel device of a task cabin door of a fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle. The transmission belt wheel device is composed of a tensioning assembly, a transmission mechanism, a gear support and a gear. The gear support is connected with a vehicle body of the unmanned aerial vehicle, a groove is formed in the width direction of the platform surface of thegear support, the gear is mounted on a transmission shaft and rotates around the shaft in the groove, An output shaft of an external motor penetrates through a circular hole of the gear support and isconnected with a square hole in the gear, two reinforcing ribs protrude out of the lower portion of the platform surface of the gear support, symmetrical through holes are formed in the reinforcing ribs, and a rotating shaft of the tensioning assembly penetrates through the through holes to be installed between the reinforcing ribs to rotate. The tensioning assembly can reduce the gap between thegear and a cog belt, and the working reliability is high. By adopting a gear transmission mode, the transmission torque is large, the service life is long, limitation of the installation environmentis avoided, the device can be installed in a cabin or outside the cabin, and the transmission stroke is not limited. The device can be suitable for different task cabin doors of unmanned aerial vehicles by adjusting screw holes in the gear support, and universality is high.

    本发明公开了一种固定翼无人机任务舱门的传动带轮装置,由张紧组件、传动机构、齿轮支架和齿轮组成;齿轮支架与飞机机身连接;齿轮支架平台面的宽度方向设有凹槽,齿轮安装在传动轴上在凹槽内绕轴旋转;外部电机输出轴穿过齿轮支架圆孔和齿轮上的方孔连接。齿轮支架平台面的下部凸出有两条加强筋,加强筋上开有对称的通孔,张紧组件的转轴穿过通孔安装在加强筋之间旋转。张紧组件可减小齿轮和齿形带之间的间隙,工作可靠性高。采用齿轮传输的方式,传递力矩大,使用寿命长,不受安装环境的限制,可安装在机舱内,或安装在机舱外,且传递行程不受限制。通过调整齿轮支架上的螺孔可适用于不同的无人机任务舱门,通用性强。
