The connection between the left side and the right side of the cabin cover and the cabin body is fastened through the sealing nut assemblies, and certain pressure is applied to the sealant while the cabin cover is positioned, so that the sealant is better matched with the cabin body. Connection between the rear side of the cabin cover and the cabin body is achieved through a rotary fastening device, the upper rotary arm is twisted to drive the positioning ball on the lower rotary arm to rotate, the ball moves along the sliding rail, the thickness of the sliding rail is higher towards the middle, the matching with the positioning ball is tighter, and when the positioning ball rotates to the center of the sliding rail, the positioning ball is clamped through the center positioning groove, so that the cabin cover is fixed. The front and back fastening of the cabin cover and the cabin body is ensured, meanwhile, pressure is applied to the sealant at the connecting position, better sealing performance is achieved, the sealing performance is achieved through the design of the two fastening devices, and rainwater is prevented from permeating from the devices.

    本发明公开了一种无人机防水机舱及固定翼无人机,舱盖与舱体接触部分有细密齿形,可以与密封胶相配合并达到很高的防水性能。舱盖左右侧与舱体的连接通过密封螺母组件进行固紧,在给舱盖提供定位的同时,给密封胶以一定压力,使其与舱体更好的配合。舱盖后侧与舱体的连接通过一个旋转固紧装置实现,通过拧转上旋转臂带动下旋转臂上的定位球体转动,球体顺着滑轨运动,滑轨越向中间厚度越高,与定位球的配合也越紧,当定位球旋转至滑轨中心位置时,通过中心定位槽来卡紧定位球,保证了舱盖与舱体的前后固紧,同时也给连接处的密封胶以压力,做到更好的密封性,两个固紧装置的设计同时做到了密封性,防止了雨水从装置处渗入。
