The invention discloses a fabricated building hoisting posture and height fine-adjustment mechanism which comprises a horizontal rectangular frame-type adjuster support, wherein a center window whichpenetrates through the upper and lower sides is arranged within the enclosing range of the rectangular frame-type adjuster support; a vertical center stepper motor is arranged at the geometrical center of the center window; and a machine shell of the center stepper motor is fixedly connected with the rectangular frame-type adjuster support through a motor support. According to the fabricated building hoisting posture and height fine-adjustment mechanism, first traction ropes are spirally wound around first traction rope winding columns, so that the winding radiuses of the first traction ropescan be consistent all the time and the posture fine-adjustment accuracy can be improved; and meanwhile, the own positions of the first traction rope winding columns are changed, so that first suspension hoisting ropes can be slowly pulled by the first traction ropes, a horizontal building component can be independently pulled up by the first traction ropes, and then the posture fine-adjustment effect can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种装配式建筑吊装姿态和高度微调机构,包括水平的矩形框架式调节器支架,所述矩形框架式调节器支架的围合范围内为上下贯通的中心窗,所述中心窗的几何中心处设置有竖向的中心步进电机,所述中心步进电机的机壳通过电机支架与所述矩形框架式调节器支架固定连接;本发明的第一牵引绳是成螺旋状卷绕在第一牵引绳卷绕柱上的,使第一牵引绳的卷绕半径始终是一致的,提高姿态微调的准确性;与此同时第一牵引绳卷绕柱自身位置也在变化,从而使第一牵引绳缓慢拉动第一悬挂吊装绳,进而使第一牵引绳单独向上拉动水平建筑构件,进而实现微调姿态的作用。
