The invention discloses a fabricated building component hoisting mechanism. The hoisting mechanism comprises a fabricated building component waiting for hoisting, wherein four lifting lugs are distributed in a rectangular array at the four corners of the top of the fabricated building component; and the mechanism further comprises a building component hoisting mechanism body, wherein the buildingcomponent hoisting mechanism body comprises a lifting hoisting rope, the lower end of the lifting hoisting rope is connected with a rope knot, a horizontal frame suspension beam is fixedly suspended to the lower portion of the rope knot through a plurality of suspension ropes, the lower sides of the four top corners of the frame suspension beam are fixedly provided with four grippers, and the fourgrippers can clamp the four lifting lugs respectively, so that the fabricated building component and the frame suspension beam synchronously move under the hoisting of the lifting hoisting rope. Themechanism is simple in structure, and a plate-shaped fabricated piece can be automatically released after being hoisted to a predetermined location.
