The invention provides a mounting structure for welding a square nut on a profile steel frame of a fuel cell hydrogen commercial vehicle. The mounting structure mainly comprises a nut through hole, awelding square nut, a square steel beam and a nut plate, wherein the welding square nut is welded to the nut plate by a nut welding machine so as to form a nut plate assembly, and the nut plate assembly is connected with the square steel beam through burning welding. The mounting structure has the beneficial effects that the universal nut plate structure is designed, so that the problem of difficulty in welding the nut of a traditional structure is solved; the number of holes in the square steel beam is reduced, and the length of a profile steel laser cutting line can be effectively reduced, so that the laser cutting cost is reduced; and a welding through hole does not need to be formed in the other side of the welding square nut, and the nut plate is arranged in the nut assembling position for reinforcement, so that the strength of the square steel beam and the strength of a mounting point are high.
本发明提供了一种燃料电池氢能商用车型钢车架焊接方螺母安装结构,主要包括:螺母过孔、焊接方螺母、方钢梁和螺母板;所述焊接方螺母通过螺母焊机焊接到螺母板上,形成螺母板总成,螺母板总成通过烧焊与方钢梁连接。本发明的有益效果是:设计了通用螺母板结构,解决了传统结构螺母焊接困难的问题;减少方钢梁上孔的数量,可有效减少型钢激光切割线长度,从而节省了激光切割成本;不需要在焊接方螺母的另一侧开焊接过孔,且在螺母装配位置有螺母板进行加强,方钢梁的强度及安装点强度高。
