The invention relates to a thin-wall automobile bumper. The thin-wall automobile bumper is characterized by comprising a bumper body and a plurality of doghouse structures formed on the inner surfaceof the bumper body, and each doghouse structure is provided with a doghouse part; vertical connecting ribs are arranged on the back faces of the doghouse parts, first through holes extending in the front-back direction of the doghouse parts are formed in the root positions of the vertical connecting ribs, a plurality of reinforcing ribs distributed at intervals are formed on the inner side and theouter side of the lower ends of the vertical connecting ribs respectively, and each reinforcing rib extends in the front-back direction of the doghouse parts; and the wall thickness of the bumper body is gradually increased from the position far away from the doghouse structures to the position close to the doghouse structures. The invention further relates to a machining process of the thin-wallautomobile bumper. The machining process is characterized by comprising the following steps of: (1) preparing raw materials which are modified PP materials with elasticity modulus of not less than 2000 Mpa, (2) carrying out injection molding, and (3) demoulding and ejecting.
