The invention provides a gum dipping process method of aerospace rocket chemical milling parts. The gum dipping process method sequentially comprises the following steps of clamping a workpiece, grabbing and transporting, gum dipping, surface drying, overturning and unloading the workpiece, wherein in the gum dipping process, the parts are integrally dipped into a gum pool, the viscosity of a gumsolution in the gum pool is 30-35s, and the gum dipping time is 5-10s. Automatic gum dipping processing can be achieved for products such as phi 3350mm-grade melon-petal-shaped parts, phi 5000mm-grademelon-petal-shaped parts and phi 3350mm-grade wall plates which are large in size, irregular in shape and high in chemical milling quality requirement in a spaceflight rocket storage box, the operation is convenient, the gum applying requirement before chemical milling of products is met, and the chemical milling processing efficiency and the chemical milling quality of model products are improved.

    本发明提供一种航天火箭化铣零件浸胶工艺方法,依次包括以下工序,装夹工件‑抓取运输‑浸胶‑表干‑翻转‑卸工件;其中,浸胶工序中,将零件整体浸入胶池,且胶池内胶液的粘度为30~35s,浸胶的时间为5‑10s。对于航天火箭贮箱中尺寸大、形状不规则、化铣质量要求较高的φ3350mm级、φ5000mm级的瓜瓣以及φ3350mm级壁板等产品可实现自动浸胶加工,操作方便,满足了产品化铣前的涂胶加工要求,提高了型号产品的化铣加工效率和化铣质量。
