The invention relates to a sludge sampling unmanned aerial vehicle which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a hanging mechanism is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle body, a suction pipeused for sucking sludge or water is arranged on the hanging mechanism, and the pipe end of the suction pipe is communicated with a suction mechanism. The suction mechanism is used for pumping a sampleto a sample pipe. When the sludge sampling unmanned aerial vehicle is used for sampling sludge in a designated area, the unmanned aerial vehicle is suspended above a designated water area or a mudflat land through remote control equipment, and then the hanging mechanism is started, so that the suction pipe descends to the position below the water surface or the position where the mudflat land islocated, and sludge suction operation under the water surface or the mudflat land is carried out; Sludge sucked out is pumped into the sample pipe, and then sludge is collected. According to the invention, suction operation can be conducted on sludge at different positions of a water area or a mudflat land by the unmanned aerial vehicle; operation is convenient, component analysis is conducted onthe sludge sucked out of the samples at the different positions, so that the data accuracy of a measured area can be effectively guaranteed.
